My baby is usually very intimidated at the dentist. I was more nervous than she. She went back by herself, was laughing and was given several tokens for the machine they have that dispenses toys. I love it here!

My daughter came in for an emergency extraction today. The front desk ladies were AWESOME!!! so caring and helpful. The doctors were even better, very gentle with my baby. The entire staff was caring and understanding and they are VERY affordable, this is coming from a single mom of 2 paying for everything out of pocket! 10/10 !!!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this office was absolutely fantastic. We came here for a second opinion after a different dental practice told us my child would need to be put under anesthesia for cavities, and I’m so glad we did. From check-in to check-out, every single person we encountered was kind, patient, and genuinely listened to my concerns. I was very hesitant at first when they didn’t allow parents in the back initially, but the team and doctor took the time to bring me back, discuss everything thoroughly, answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable with the plan of care. What really stood out to me was how compassionate and patient they were, and the fact that they were even able to treat everything the same day. The entire experience was so much better than I expected, and I left feeling relieved and grateful. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring pediatric dental team.

I honestly wouldn't even give this place one star but I had to in order to leave the review. Don't schedule your child for an appointment there until you ask them if the dentist they're scheduling your child with is in your child's insurance Network. My daughter's father and I have been going through hell with that dental insurance company and are dental insurance company because that economy Dentistry on Dunn avenue actually did that, they scheduled our child with the dentist who is not even in her insurance Network. And there was dentists there that are in our daughter's insurance Network. And after we got a bill in the mail & found out they did that to us the reason they gave us for doing it is the dentist they scheduled our daughter with was going to be put in her insurance Network very shortly and that they would back date the billing or something crazy sounding like that. And after some time went by of course that never happened. The lady in the billing department Deanna lied to us when she said that. I'm glad I thought to contact their HR department. After doing that & asking to speak with a supervisor now several months ltr someone is finally going to help us get the bill t

I NEVER leave reviews unless truly deserved - and the girls at the office deserve 5 stars and more. I’m a mom of 3 young children, and since first scheduling they have been beyond amazing. I’ve had to reschedule last minute twice (I’m so sorry!!) and they never batted an eye and at yesterdays visit they showed how truly wonderful they are. From the front desk - their kindness & their patience even when the office is slammed, to the dental hygienists who are some of the kindest woman who clearly adore kids, to the dentist who was kind and informative, even as busy as she was! I expected a mental breakdown for both my four year old & my three year as this was their first visit, and not a tear was shed - they absolutely loved every second and are asking to go back already! We are so excited to have found our dentist office for our bi-yearly care! Dental care starts young! 🤍
